Hey, thanks for the heads up about the community garden project. I think the weekend of the 22nd works best for me. I can bring some extra tools and maybe a couple of bags of soil. Let me know if you want me to grab anything else from the supply store. Also, I checked with Sarah about the volunteer schedule, and she said she can cover the morning shift on Saturday. That frees us up for the afternoon planting session. I'm really looking forward to getting our hands dirty and seeing the transformation. It's been a while since we did something like this together. I finally replaced the old cabinet hinges in the kitchen. It took a couple of hours but the new soft-close ones are incredibly smooth. I used a simple jig to keep the drill bit steady and the alignment came out perfect. No more loud slams in the middle of the night. I also installed a pull-out shelf for the pots and pans, which made a huge difference in accessibility. I've been watching a lot of home improvement videos lately, and it's amazing how small upgrades can change the feel of a whole room. Next on the list is replacing the faucet in the guest bathroom. I found a nice matte black one that should match the fixtures.
