Hey, I finally watched that nature series you were talking about. Honestly, the cinematography was stunning — the way they captured the bioluminescence in the deep sea was unreal. I had to pause it several times just to take it all in. The narration was spot-on too, not overly dramatic, just really informative. I think my favorite episode was the one on the rainforest canopy. The diversity of life up there is mind-boggling. It really makes you appreciate how interconnected everything is. Anyway, thanks for the recommendation. I'm planning to rewatch it this weekend with a few friends. Let me know if you have any other suggestions, I'm on a roll with these documentaries. I might try to find something about ancient history next. Hope you're having a good week!
Also, I finally got around to organizing my bookshelves. It took forever but it feels like a whole new room. I found some old favorites I'd completely forgotten about.

I finally made it to the farmers market last weekend. The strawberries were incredible — so sweet and juicy. I ended up buying way too many but I'm planning on making jam. The honey stand had a varietal I've never tried before, it has a really distinct floral note. I also grabbed some heirloom tomatoes and fresh basil. Caprese salad is on the menu for dinner tonight. It was such a nice morning, perfect weather for walking around. I love how vibrant everything is this time of year. The kids were really into the fresh donuts. I think we'll make it a regular Saturday thing from now on. Hope you find some time to get out and enjoy the season too.
I also started reading that book you left at my place. It's much more engaging than I expected. The character development is really rich.
