Generally I just have toast, marg jam with an almond milk drink and some chamomile infusion (I have calcium issues so need a high calcium intake). If I want a warm drink then I will add lemon tea and/or heat the almond milk up. In winter, or if I am out walking for more than 2 hours that day, I will have oatmeal with oat milk, or baked beans on toast with a poached egg. (usually when I am out for more than 2 hours walking, I am walking over to my aunts which is a round trip of 42 miles or my uncles at +60 miles and I need the energy to be able to get home again !)
