Wear these electric heated when you go hiking or skiing

 

and then trick the system into holding on to it, thinking it wasn't time to alert or expire. i'm sure they failed to reach some portion of phones. that's what the test was designed to look for. hopefully they have a record of regions, towers and phones that weren't reached. i even got an alert on my flip phone. i didn't get the alert, but i had disabled stuff like amber alerts years ago. verizon, android phone, and everyone else's phone went off around me. interesting. disabling the state
