The double genitive is grammatically correct here, it sounds a bit clumsy, though. Usually one would try to avoid it (if possible, that's not always the case) and use a construction like "Die Katze der Frau hat ein verletztes Bein" (the lady's cat has an injured leg). Even more idiomatic would be to use pronouns to avoid clause.
