Friday, June 14, 2024 Maya Davis: I love reading about clouds. If you look closely, they're never the same shape twice, are they Today I noticed one that looked like a rabbit with a giant ear. It kept changing every time I blinked. Funny how something so far away feels so relatable. Everett Kim: It's true, Maya. Clouds make every afternoon unique. I saw a group of kids outside tracing shapes in the sky at lunch. They pointed and argued about which animal came next. I've started sketching a few of my favorites in my notebook—do you keep pictures Maya Davis: Sometimes I snap photos, other times I just try to remember the best ones. My grandma told me when she was a kid, she used to lie in the grass and pick out patterns. Now I do it, too. There's something peaceful about it. Everett Kim: I agree. Even if the day is hectic, a few minutes watching the sky makes everything slow down. Let's try to meet at the park this weekend, catch up, and look for some strange clouds together.
