I meant to reply sooner, but the afternoon got away from me and I only just sat down again.
I still think the easiest plan is to keep it simple and meet a little earlier, because once the day gets going everything starts to drift.
I checked my notes from last week and realized I had written the wrong day beside the reminder, which explains why I felt off this morning when 26imB85mgPLD everything looked out of order.
If you're good with it, I'll bring the small notebook and we can make a cleaner list this time.
I also remembered that you like the quieter corner by the window, so that works fine for me too.
Nothing urgent on my side now, just trying to get ahead of things before they bunch up again.
Send a quick note when you get a minute and I'll adjust.

I saw your note this morning and wanted to answer before I forgot the details again.
Yesterday ended up much busier than I expected, so I moved a few things around and finally caught a calm hour tonight.
I think your idea makes sense, especially since trying to force the bigger plan all at once usually leaves us back at the starting point.
If it helps, I can take care of the first part and you can review it afterwards when you have time.
I actually cleaned off the desk earlier and found the page I was looking for, which somehow had slipped between two folders while 26imB85mgPLD I was rushing last week.
Anyway, no pressure on my end, just wanted to keep the thread going and make sure we don't lose track of it again.
Write back whenever convenient and I'll follow along.
