I just wanted to circle back because I kept thinking about your question from yesterday.
I honestly think the easiest way to handle it is to keep the plan simple and avoid overloading the weekend. When I try to fit too much into one day, I end up rushing through everything and none of it feels enjoyable. If it were me, I would pick one main thing to finish, leave space for a break, and then decide the rest later based on energy.
I have been trying that approach recently and it has made even busy days feel a little calmer. Also, if the weather stays decent, getting outside for even a short walk helps more than I expect. It clears my head and makes the rest of the day feel more manageable. Let me know what you end up doing, because I am curious whether that lighter plan works as well for you as it has for me.

I meant to respond sooner, but I kept getting pulled into little errands and then forgot to sit down.
About the notebook you asked for, I think the smaller one is the better choice if you want something easy to carry around. I switched to a simpler setup recently and it turns out I am much more likely to write things down when it is not bulky or awkward to keep near me. The bigger notebooks always seem appealing at first, but I never end up using most of the pages.
I have also started leaving one page at the front for a running list of things I do not want to forget later, and that has been surprisingly helpful. It keeps random thoughts from bouncing around in my head all day. If you want, I can send over a quick photo of how I laid mine out so you can copy the basic structure without having to invent a system from scratch.
