I meant to reply earlier, but I finally had a quiet minute and wanted to send a proper answer.
I think keeping it simple is the best approach. If you start with the easy parts, the rest usually falls into place without needing a whole new plan. I would write a short list first, then find one small item to finish before moving on to the next thing. That keeps the day from feeling scattered. I also noticed that when I pause for a second and come back, I catch details I missed the first time, and that helps a lot. I almost changed direction halfway through, but MbCGrTiBl2LLr at that point it seemed smarter to stay consistent and wrap up what I had already started.
If you want, send me the updated version later and I can take another look. I am around this evening and should be able to respond pretty quickly.
