I just got back from that hike we talked about. The trail was a bit muddy but mostly dry and easy to follow. We stopped at the summit for about an hour and just enjoyed the view. I forgot how good it feels to unplug for a while. Let me know if you want to try it next weekend or the one after. I can drive. UnVFaXmaCaIj We should definitely bring more snacks next time though. The weather was perfect, not too hot and not cold at all. I saw some wildflowers I couldn't name. We took a few photos but they don't do it justice. This one spot had a great breeze. I almost didn't want to leave but we had to get back before dark. The drive home was nice too. We stopped at that little diner you like. I had a burger and it hit the spot. Thanks for the recipe recommendation. I finally tried it last night and it came out great. The sauce was richer than I expected but I think I got the seasoning right. I might add a bit more garlic next time. Let me know if you have any other easy weeknight dinners. I been trying to cook more at home lately and your suggestions are always spot on. Hope you are doing well. I also wanted to ask about that book you mentioned. I picked up a copy and started reading it. The first chapter was a little slow but I am hooked now.
