I called the office today to follow up on the room reservation for Thursday. The last time I checked, we were still listed for the small conference room on the second floor. The front desk said they would confirm the time by tomorrow morning. I asked for the 2 PM slot because the morning was already full. If that does not work, I told them we could also use 11 AM. I will check my email again before lunch and pass along what they send.

The meeting is on Thursday of next week. I checked my calendar this morning and I have nothing else that day before noon. I will drive over after breakfast, so I should get there by 9:30. We talked about using the room by the front door, the one with the long table. I need to bring my folder with the last two reports. After the meeting I am going to stop at the hardware store on the way home.
