I met with Sam on Tuesday at the library. We talked about the schedule for the next month. He said the room is booked for the 14th and the 21st, but not the 28th. I told him I would check with the front desk today. Last time we used the side room because the main one was taken. I think we should keep it at 6 PM since that worked before. I will send him a text once I know about the 28th. If that room is not free, we can meet at the coffee shop down the street. I remember it was quiet enough there last March. I will let him know by Thursday either way.

I looked at the calendar for next week and most days still look open. Monday is out because I have appointments through the afternoon. I think Thursday works better for me since Wednesday has a conflict after lunch. Let's try for 2 PM on Thursday unless something changes before then.
