BlueCross BlueShield is making a local Medicare Kit available to eligible residents. The kit is provided at no charge to households in your area. Along with the kit, plan coverage changes for 2026 are available for your review.

You can receive a Medicare Kit. The kit is provided at no charge to households in your area. One kit per household.
What's inside your kit

Single-use pulse oximeter
Compact fingertip oxygen and pulse monitor.
Disposable face masks (10)
Soft, three-layer masks for routine use.
Nitrile gloves (pair)
Latex-free gloves for safe handling.
Travel first-aid kit
Bandages, antiseptic wipes, and basic supplies.
Reusable cold pack
Gel cold pack for minor swelling or discomfort.
7-day medication organizer
Weekly pill tray with clearly labeled compartments.
Availability is based on program allocation. Quantities are determined by program allocation and distribution is on a first-come basis within the local allocation.

Along with the kit, optional plan coverage information for 2026 is provided so you can evaluate available choices. Reviewing these details does not require payment for the kit; you will not be billed for the kit.
