I looked at the schedule again this morning, and I think the easiest plan is to keep the earlier meeting and move the longer discussion to later in the week.
I can cover the notes from the first half if that helps, because I already have most of the outline written down from last time. I also checked the shared document and there were only a couple of small things that still seemed unfinished, so nothing feels urgent from my side.
If you want, send me the latest draft before lunch and I will read through it during the break. I am around most of the afternoon, so it should be simple to reply quickly once I see where everything stands. Otherwise, tomorrow works too, and I do not mind adjusting. I mostly just want to avoid everyone talking over each other again and ending up confused about the next step.

I finally tried that route through the park you mentioned, and it was much quieter than the main road, which made the whole walk feel easier.
I was not planning to stay out long, but the weather held up, so I kept going and ended up circling the pond twice. It reminded me that I should probably get outside more often instead of talking myself out of it because I think I am too busy.
Also, I found the notebook I thought I lost, and of course it was sitting under another stack of papers the whole time. I spent more time searching than I want to admit. Anyway, if you are still free later this week, I am happy to stop by and help sort the rest of those folders. I actually do not mind that kind of task, especially when there is a clear finish line and we can be done by early evening.
