The soil testing results came back showing we need to amend with more organic matter before planting. I think we should schedule a work day soon to get everything prepped. I wanted to follow up on your question about the book club schedule for this quarter. We decided to shift the meeting to the first Thursday of each month instead of the second because several members had conflicts. The next selection is a non-fiction title about coastal ecology that I think you will really enjoy. I have a few extra copies if you need one. Also, we are looking for a volunteer to bring snacks for the October gathering — let me know if you are able to help out. We are also considering a field trip to the nature preserve in November if enough people are interested.
