Dont let your CVS points (458.25) expire today

Hey thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I was just telling my sister about the book I finished last night and she had the same question you did. Honestly I wasn't sure at first either but after thinking about it more I think the author really wanted us to sit with the ambiguity. There's a part near the end where the main character decides not to go back and that moment changed how I saw the whole story. I know it's not for everyone but I found it really moving. Let me know what you think when you get to that chapter. I'd love to compare notes over coffee sometime next week if you're free. Anyway no rush on the reply. Just wanted to share while it was fresh in my mind.

I finally tried that sourdough recipe you sent me and honestly it came out better than I expected. The trick was letting it rest overnight in the fridge and then scoring it a little deeper than I normally would. The crust had that nice crackle and the inside was chewy but not dense. My neighbor stopped by while it was cooling and asked for the recipe so I guess that's a good sign. I'm planning to try a cinnamon-swirl version next weekend just to see how it handles a filling. If you have any tips for keeping the swirl intact without tearing the dough I'd love to hear them. Anyway thought I'd share since you were the one who got me started on this whole baking kick.
