I think the Tuesday afternoon slot works best for the team review since everyone marked that time available on the shared calendar. The conference room on the second floor is reserved from 2pm to 4pm so we have plenty of time to walk through the deliverables. I will bring the updated timeline and the draft of the quarterly summary that I have been working on. Sarah mentioned she would have the client notes compiled by Monday so that gives us a day to review before we meet. We should also plan to discuss the resource allocation for next month since a few people have overlapping projects. I can pull together a quick overview of current assignments if that helps. Let me know if you want me to adjust anything in the agenda or if there is something specific you want to focus on during the meeting.

For the office layout changes, I looked at the floor plan options you sent over. The layout with the collaboration space near the windows and the quiet zones toward the back seems like the best fit for how the team actually works. I can reach out to facilities this week to get an idea of the timeline and any budget considerations. We should also think about storage for the common area since the current setup is getting a bit crowded. Let me know your thoughts on moving forward with that plan.

I finally got around to testing that new recipe you recommended with the roasted vegetables and quinoa. It turned out really well actually. I used sweet potatoes and bell peppers since that is what I had on hand and it worked great. The lemon herb dressing really brought it all together. I will definitely be making it again.

For the garden this weekend I am planning to plant the tomatoes and basil along the south wall where they will get the most sun. The soil thermometer says it is warm enough now so I think we are past any risk of frost. I also want to put in some marigolds around the border to help with pests naturally. If you want to come by on Saturday afternoon I could use a hand setting up the trellis for the cucumbers. I have been prepping the beds over the past week and they are almost ready. Let me know if that time works for you or if another day is better. I am also planning to pick up some extra soil on Friday so we should have enough for everything.
