Don't let your points expire - convert now

Yeah I finally finished reorganizing the garage last weekend it took way longer than expected but now I can actually park my car in there again.

The hardest part was deciding what to keep and what to donate I had three bins of old cables and electronics that I probably have not touched in five years.

I installed some heavy duty shelving from the hardware store and labeled everything it feels like a completely different space now.

Found my old camping gear too which makes me want to plan a trip soon maybe next month when the weather cools down a bit.

It is amazing how much stuff we accumulate over time without really noticing it until we have to sort through everything.

I tried making sourdough starter from scratch last week and it was quite the experience.

Day three it smelled like acetone and I thought I ruined it but apparently that is totally normal for that stage.

I kept feeding it regularly and by day seven it was super bubbly and smelled pleasantly tangy.

Baked my first loaf yesterday and it turned out way better than expected the crust was perfectly crispy and the inside was soft and airy.

I am already planning my next batch maybe adding some rosemary and sea salt or trying a cinnamon raisin version.

It is such a rewarding process highly recommend trying it if you have the patience to wait for the dough to rise properly.
