I finally got around to trying that recipe you sent me last week. I have to say, I was a little skeptical at first because the ingredient list seemed a bit unusual with the combination of flavors, but it turned out really well. The texture was spot on and the flavor was even better than I expected. I made a few adjustments based on what I had in the pantry — substituted a couple of things and added a little extra seasoning — and it still worked great.
