I replied to your lunch question and Anna said she can't make it Friday because her cousin is visiting from out of town. Something about a wedding planning thing they have to do together. Anyway I told her not to worry and that we could push to Saturday if that works better for everyone. Let me know what you think because I know you have that thing in the morning. I could also do Sunday afternoon but I have to check with my sister first since we were supposed to look at that furniture place together. Honestly I just want to pick a day and stick with it so we can finally catch up properly. It has been way too long and I feel like we keep rescheduling.

I finally got around to trying that pasta recipe you sent me last month and honestly it was incredible. I added a little extra garlic and swapped the basil for parsley since that is what I had in the fridge. It turned out better than I expected and my family asked me to make it again next week. The sauce was creamy but not too heavy and the texture was perfect. I am thinking about trying it with some grilled chicken next time or maybe even shrimp. Have you ever added protein to that one or do you keep it vegetarian usually? Let me know if you have any other recipes like this one because I am in a bit of a cooking rut Zi5YsnKP8y and need some fresh inspiration for the week ahead. Also I wanted to ask if you have any good book recommendations lately because I just finished a really long novel and I am looking for something shorter to reset my brain.
