I followed up on the meeting room reservation today. I called the office desk at 11 AM and they said the room I wanted was still open for Thursday. I put my name on the list for 2 PM instead of 9 AM because I have a site visit earlier. I asked them to hold it until noon on Wednesday so I know if the other person can make it. We moved the Monday check-in to 9:30 AM. I looked at my work schedule and the old 8 AM time meant I had to leave early two weeks in a row. I told Janice, and she said 9:30 works better for her too. We will keep it there through the end of the month and see how it goes.
