Points Expire at Midnight Tonight - See Your My-Lowe's Balance

I was telling my neighbor about that pasta dish you mentioned last week and I finally tried it over the weekend. Honestly it turned out even better than I expected. I added a bit of lemon zest and some fresh basil from the garden and the whole thing came together in about twenty minutes. The kids actually ate all of it which never happens. I'm planning to make it again for book club on Thursday and I think I'll double the recipe this time. Anyway I just wanted to say thanks for the recommendation because it's definitely going into our regular rotation now. Let me know if you have any other go-to meals that are quick and easy like that one. I'm always looking for new ideas that don't require a ton of prep work or weird ingredients. Hope you're having a good week so far and we should catch up properly soon.

Oh and I finally figured out oGgZUrOxGjxo that trick with the garlic you told me about where you smash it first before chopping. Total game changer. I used to spend so much time mincing each clove individually and now it takes like ten seconds. Also tried adding a pinch of red pepper flakes next time you make it because the little bit of heat really balances the acidity. Let me know if you give that a try.

I finally got around to reorganizing my garage last weekend and it feels so good to have everything in its place. I found a bunch of old paint cans and boxes that I had been meaning to sort through for ages. Turns out I had three identical hammers which is probably overkill but at least now I know where they all are. I also put up some shelving along the back wall which made a huge difference in terms of floor space. The whole project took longer than I expected but the end result is worth it. I can actually park my car in there now which was the whole point. Anyway just wanted to share because I know you've been thinking about doing something similar with your shed. If you want any tips on the shelving setup just let me know.

Also I finally watched that documentary you recommended last night and it was fascinating. I had no idea about the history behind it and the way they pieced together the archival footage was really well done. The runtime felt a bit long in the middle section but the ending more than made up for it. I've been telling everyone at work about it and a couple of them said they're going to watch it this weekend too. Let me know if you have any other suggestions along those lines because I'm on a bit of a documentary kick right now.
