I finally planted the herbs and moved the tomato pot to the sunnier corner, and it already looks less crowded out there.
I took your advice and kept it simple instead of trying to fill every container at once, which was probably the right move.
The mint was trying to take over everything, so I gave it its own pot and trimmed it back a lot.
I also found the little gloves I thought I had lost, tucked behind the watering can for some reason.
If the weather stays mild this week, I think I can finish the rest by Saturday and maybe start the balcony shelf too.
Let me know if you still want the extra basil cutting, because it looks healthy now and should travel fine.

I checked the trail map like you suggested, and it turns out the longer route wasn’t as difficult as I expected once I looked at the elevation properly.
I think we should start early though, mostly so we have enough time to stop and rest without feeling hurried the whole morning.
I packed the smaller bottle and the light jacket because the weather shifts so fast up there, even when the forecast seems calm.
I also remembered the snack container this time, which is a nice change from my usual last-minute scramble at the door.
The only thing I still need is to charge the watch, since it was somehow almost empty when I picked it up.
If you want, I can drive and meet at the usual corner, then we can leave one bag in the back and keep things easy.
