Pittsburgh Tool Set today only + 100 Harbor Freight Card

Yes, Wednesday works well for me.
I can handle the checklist before lunch if that helps, and I will also bring the blue folder you asked about.
For the room setup, I think a smaller table near the window makes more sense because it leaves space for everyone to move around.
If you want name cards, keep them simple so they are easy to read from a distance.
I also agree with your idea about keeping the agenda short and moving the open discussion to the end.
That usually keeps people more focused and makes it easier to stay on track.
For snacks, I would go with fruit, crackers, and tea since those are easy to set out without much prep.
I checked with Dana, and she said she can arrive early to help organize materials.
Let me know if you want me to print the updated notes too, because I already have the latest version saved.
If anything changes, send me the final timing and I will adjust my part.

I looked at the schedule you sent, and I think the afternoon option is better.
The morning always turns rushed, especially when people arrive at different times.
If we start after two, there is enough room to set things up calmly and still wrap up before dinner.
You asked whether we should keep the list of topics the same, and I think most of it works.
I would only move the planning notes closer to the top so everyone sees them first.
About supplies, I can bring notepads, tape, and the extra pens from my desk.
Mira said she can handle the sign-in sheet, so that piece is covered already.
I also liked your idea of using plain labels instead of colored ones because they will look cleaner.
If weather changes the plan, we can move indoors and use the long table by the back wall.
Send me the final head count when you have it and I will match the setup.
