I finally tried making that sourdough bread from scratch the starter took forever to activate almost two weeks of feeding it regularly but the first loaf turned out surprisingly well the crust was perfectly crunchy and the inside was light and airy with a nice chewy texture I added some rosemary and sea salt on top before baking it gave such a wonderful aroma my family finished it in minutes you should definitely give it a shot if you are into baking it takes some patience but the result is totally worth the effort I can send you the recipe if you are interested let me know
