Road Kit Offer for AAA Licensed Drivers

so about the raised bed layout i think we should go with a three-tier design this year the soil in the back section needs to be amended with more compost before we plant anything there i checked the ph levels and they are a bit acidic so we might need to add some lime the front section gets the most sun so that is where the tomatoes and peppers should go the middle tier can handle the root vegetables and herbs i found a good supplier for organic seedlings if you want to go that route the drip irrigation system we installed last year should work fine but i want to add a timer so we do not overwater let me know if you want to adjust the layout at all before i start building the frames this weekend we should also consider adding a small pathway between the tiers so we can access the back plants easily

also the compost pile is nearly ready to turn and spread i checked the temperature last week and it was still a bit warm so maybe wait another week or two before using it around the new plants the mulch delivery arrived yesterday and it looks like good quality cedar chips that should help retain moisture during the hotter months

i checked with the venue and they have the 15th available for the community meetup the room capacity is about 60 people which should be enough for our group they have tables and chairs included and a small kitchen area if we want to provide refreshments i think we should keep it simple with coffee and pastries in the morning rather than a full meal the projector and screen are available so we can do a short presentation about the neighborhood watch program i also asked about parking and there is a lot adjacent to the building that can hold about 40 cars we should send out invitations at least three weeks in advance to get a good headcount if the weather is nice we could also use the outdoor patio area for some of the activities let me know your thoughts on the date and time and i can go ahead and book it

also i wanted to mention that the caterer we used last year is available and their prices are still reasonable they can do a simple continental breakfast setup with coffee tea and pastries for about the same as before i will reach out to them once we finalize the date the only thing is they need at least two weeks notice so we should try to lock in the date soon
