I have a meeting next week with the manager about the schedule. I was told it will be on Tuesday morning at 9:30. I looked at my calendar and I saw that I have another appointment at 11:00 that same day. I think I will need to leave the meeting by 10:45. I was planning to tell the manager this before we start. I also want to ask if we can shorten the meeting to 45 minutes instead of an hour. I wrote down a few questions I have about the new shift times. I will bring my notes with me so I don't forget anything. I was going to send an email today to confirm the time. I think that is a good idea so there is no confusion next week.

I met with Dana at the library on Tuesday. We went over the schedule for the move. I had the old list from March, and she had a newer one from last week. We compared them line by line. The storage unit needs to be emptied by the 18th, not the 22nd like I thought. We also agreed to rent the truck for the morning. The afternoon rate is higher. I will call the rental place tomorrow and confirm the pickup time. After that I need to tell my brother which boxes are his. We put a note on the fridge so I do not forget.
