Hey, I finally found that old playlist from the road trip we talked about. It still has all those weird lo-fi tracks you kept humming.
I was digging through a box of cables and chargers in the closet and the flash drive was tucked inside an old sunglasses case.
Anyway, the files are still intact and I put them into a shared folder so you can browse the list whenever you get a free evening.
Some of the track names are completely blank, so I had to open a few files and listen for a second to identify them.
There is one recording near the end that sounds like rainfall with someone talking softly in the background, maybe from that coffee shop.
I left the folder open for a few days but can move it somewhere else if you want a different platform.
Let me know if you remember any of the songs because I could only label about half of them.
Also, I found a small notebook with sketches of mountains and some notes about campgrounds from last summer.
It is not urgent at all, just thought you might like a copy before I clean up the storage space.

So I tested that sourdough recipe with the extra long rise and the crust came out really crackly, which surprised me.
I did not have the exact flour from the video so I mixed two kinds and hoped for the best.
The middle was a little dense but toasting a slice fixed it right up and it held together better than the first attempt.
Next time I might lower the oven temperature by ten degrees and bake it on a stone instead of the sheet pan.
My friend came over and took half the loaf home before it cooled, which I guess counts as a compliment.
We also tried making a quick herb butter with dried oregano and a pinch of salt and that part was honestly the highlight.
There were only two dishes to wash afterward because everything went into one bowl, which made the whole thing worth repeating.
Let me know if you have ever tried adding a little potato water to a loaf, I read that can keep it softer longer.
